In the shopping basket you change the quantity of the products you want or just to give to a product but here you can see the products on your own, as well as the photos, the unit price and the final price. The calculation of the charges for the shipping will be based on the amount of your order(s). It will be included in the total amount of your order.

In a short period of time, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the registration of the order that contains the items ordered, shipping charges and our data.

Stage of the order

From the moment that you have released an order online or by phone, we are engaged in the shortest amount of time for that. An order can go through the following stages:

order shipped – it is the stage on which the package was picked up by the courier, and is on its way to you.

the order cancelled, you can request anytime the cancellation of the order, in the event that you change your mind, but we would like to inform you at the time, in order to prevent the shipment of the products.

Your order may be cancelled for other reasons, such as:

– non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the credit card of the Customer, of the Transaction, if paying online.

– invalidation of the transaction to the processor cards are accepted in the case of the payment services;

– the information provided by the Client on the site is incomplete and/or inaccurate;

– your order is returned to the client.

In the event that they cancel the order paid with a credit card online, it will perform the cancellation of the transaction on the platform payment processor payment, and the amount paid to show up in your account in about 5 days.

Return policy

The following types of items may not be returned pursuant to art.16 of the OUG 34/2014:

these flowers represent products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and they are exempt from the right of return;

– products that are sealed are not returnable for reasons of protection of health, or in the interests of hygiene, which has been unsealed by the consumer;

– items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

In cazurile exceptionale in care nu te poti deplasa la sediul nostru pentru retur, accepti ca final procesul verbal semnat de catre reprezentantii THE CLINIQUE PRIMAVERII SRL, eventual si de catre curierii care ne livreaza produsele cosmetice returnate, in ceea ce priveste starea lor la primire.

Garanția legală de conformitate

În conformitate cu O.U.G. nr. 140/2021 și cu Directiva (UE) 2024/825, produsele (bunurile) vândute consumatorilor prin theclinique.ro beneficiază de garanția legală de conformitate pentru orice neconformitate care există la momentul livrării și care devine evidentă în termen de 2 ani de la livrare.

• În caz de neconformitate, consumatorul are dreptul la aducerea bunului în conformitate prin reparare sau înlocuire, fără costuri, într-o perioadă rezonabilă care nu poate depăși 15 zile calendaristice de la data la care vânzătorul a fost informat, sau, în condițiile legii, la reducerea proporțională a prețului ori la încetarea contractului și rambursarea sumei plătite.

• Garanția legală se aplică independent de orice garanție comercială oferită de producător.

Notificarea armonizată a Uniunii Europene privind garanția legală poate fi consultată în subsolul fiecărei pagini a site-ului și pe portalul Europa ta: europa.eu/youreurope/garanții.

Magazinul nu comercializează în prezent bunuri pentru care producătorul oferă o garanție comercială de durabilitate gratuită, de peste 2 ani, pentru întregul produs; prin urmare, eticheta voluntară „GARAN” nu se aplică (Regulamentul de punere în aplicare (UE) 2025/1960).
